Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using a ShareCD link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ShareCD services.

Service Description

ShareCD is a neutral link delivery utility that operates as part of the Clients Drive system, powered by Clients.ai. ShareCD facilitates secure redirects from sharecd.com URLs to destination content, primarily lead magnets and resources hosted on Clients.ai and partner platforms.

Data Sharing Agreement

By using ShareCD, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the following data sharing practices:

Sender Access

The person or organization who sent you the ShareCD link ("the Sender") will receive information about your interaction with the link, including but not limited to:

  • Click timestamp and engagement data
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Any information you provide through forms or subsequent interactions

Partner Network Sharing

Your interaction data may be shared with and processed by our partner companies to enable integrated service delivery. By using ShareCD, you consent to data sharing with:

  • Clients.ai (primary platform and infrastructure provider)
  • Prognostic.ai
  • Punctual.ai
  • Enclose.ai
  • Enclosed.ai
  • CompanyAgent.ai
  • ePub.ai
  • Psych.ai

These partners may use your data in accordance with their own privacy policies to provide, improve, and support integrated services across the network.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ShareCD only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with ShareCD infrastructure
  • Use automated systems to access ShareCD links at scale without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from ShareCD services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of ShareCD

Disclaimer of Warranties

ShareCD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that ShareCD will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareCD, Clients.ai, and our partner companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ShareCD services.

Third-Party Content

ShareCD links redirect to third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content you access through ShareCD redirects. Your use of destination content is subject to the terms and policies of those destinations.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of ShareCD after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of Clients.ai.
